how to use

Essence diffuser:Put 10 drops to diffuse the essence in the room. High temperatures can burn the essence. Inhalator: Put 2-7 drops in warm water. Breathe in and out for 10-15 minutes with a towel on your head. Ointment: Put 4-5 drops per teaspoon on some vegetal oils and spread them still warm on your chest. Leave until fully absorbed. Fumigation: Put 5-8 drops of essential oils in a container with hot water and bicarbonate. Inhale for about 10 minutes with the head cowered by a towel. Aromatic baths: Put 10 drops in hot water ( 38-39°C) and add sea salt. Sponge: Pour few drops on the damp sponge and rub. Footbaths: Put 8-10 drops in hot water (38-39°C) and add sea salt. Lavande:Put 10-12 drops for each litre of water and add bicarbonate to dissolve the essential oils. Massage:Put 4-8 drops for every 10 ml of vegetal oil. Apply as usual. Ointment and creams: Put 4-8 drops in 10 ml. For sprains, stings and inflammations. Compresses:Put 2-3 drops in some aromatic water. Wet the compresses with it and then put them on the area to treat for 10-15 min Cataplasms: Put 7-8 drops in some water and clay. Leave on the area to treat until necessary (even for 12 hours).
